Training: From the Home
Office, we have weekly training calls to help you with ideas on
getting bookings, displays, where to find prospective recruits,
hostesses or places to have gatherings that are out of the ordinary.
Also, your Team Leader will have training calls with you weekly or
on a as needed basis. We have a great support system in Las Vegas
and if you have questions you can call the Home Office to get your
questions answered. We all work together and I all want to succeed
in our businesses.
Business Description- We are the affordable and incredibly
designed collection of fashion jewelry that compliments the
lifestyles of contemporary women. From the simple to the ultra-chic,
our GemStyle collections have something for everyone – all at prices
that are remarkable. Whatever your style, whatever your budget,
you’ll find it at GemStyle.
Years in Business (the company)- GemStyle started in
September 2007, I joined at the beginning of 2008 and we have just
had our first two National Opportunity Calls. We are young but we
are well managed and strong.

What kind of products does this company offer? Earrings,
Bracelets, Necklaces, Rings…affordable Fashion Jewelry that will
accent wedding gowns, mother-of-the-bride (groom) dresses, proms,
formal business events, cocktail parties, backyard BBQs, family
reunions, block parties, Fraternity/Sorority formals, casual events
and t-shirts & jeans.
Start Up Costs- There are two options for start-up. You can
choose to do the business supplies only start-up kit for $52.00
(including tax & shipping) or you can choose the full start-up kit
for $213.95 (plus the tax for your state).
Is there an option to earn your kit? No
Are there monthly minimums that must be met? To remain active
is to have $450 in Personal Retail Sales in a Quarter. If you become
inactive, it only requires a minimum order of $150 or more in Retail
Sales to become active again.
How can you sell your products? Anyway you can except for on
Ebay.
What is the commission? You earn a 25% Retail Sales
Commission plus an extra 5% when your sales are over $1200 in a
month (total monthly sales). You earn a Personal Sponsor Bonus of
2-3% on the sales of your personally sponsored consultants. You can
earn a 1% commission on the sales of team members who complete the
Get Started in 60 Days. When you complete the Get Started in 60 Days
and reach the level of Team Leader; you will receive a $500 Bonus
Check. As a Team Leader; you will receive 2% on your 2nd level
consultants. Qualify for Manager and receive 5% on group retail
sales (includes your sales) to make 35% on your retail sales! THIS
WILL BE CHANGING FOR THE BETTER IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS(6/08).
